GPU Servers is a website and service operated by Opace Ltd. Opace Ltd is the controller for personal information collected through this website. The operator, company number, registered office and privacy contact are set out in the contact panel on this page.
Information we collect
A website enquiry may include your name, work email, organisation, optional telephone number, preferred reply method, requirements answers, notes, the brief shown to you and a record of the form statement you accepted.
When you visit the website, the hosting and security services may process IP address, request time, requested path, browser and device information, referrer, response status and security events. Google Analytics may measure page paths, referrers, sessions, device and browser categories, interaction events and approximate geography.
The website does not provide an account, payment or document-upload service. Do not include credentials, API keys, customer source documents, confidential prompts, special-category information or other sensitive material in an initial enquiry.
How information reaches us
The requirements-brief tool prepares a preview in your browser. Nothing is submitted while you complete or review it. Selecting “Send enquiry to GPU Servers” submits the displayed form to Netlify Forms for delivery to Opace Ltd.
Email and WhatsApp controls prepare a message in the app you choose. Those routes do not submit the website form, and nothing is sent through the selected app until you complete the send there.
Purposes and lawful bases
Opace Ltd uses enquiry information to reply, assess fit and take steps you request before a possible contract. Depending on the context, the lawful basis is taking pre-contract steps at your request or Opace Ltd's legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and developing its services.
If a contract follows, relevant correspondence and transaction records may be processed to perform the contract, meet legal and accounting obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Technical records are used for the legitimate interests of delivering, securing, diagnosing and improving the website.
Opace Ltd treats aggregate audience measurement as a legitimate business interest. That data-protection basis is separate from the rules governing storage of non-essential analytics cookies on a device; see the Cookie Notice for the site's current implementation and controls.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics tag G-XVKHTNJB1R loads automatically on every page. It uses the first-party _ga cookie to distinguish visitors and a _ga_<container-id> cookie to retain session state. Google documents a default expiry of up to two years, subject to browser limits.
Enquiry field values, requirements answers, notes, email addresses and telephone numbers must not be sent to Google Analytics. Closing the short information notice does not disable Analytics. If you object, block or delete cookies for gpu-servers.co.uk through your browser settings.
Recipients and service providers
Access inside Opace Ltd is limited to people who need the information for enquiry assessment, delivery, administration, security or legal duties. Relevant processors may include Netlify for hosting and form handling, Google for Analytics measurement, and business email or professional advisers where needed.
Opace Ltd may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or systems, or as part of a properly controlled business transfer. Personal information is not sold through this website.
International processing
Netlify and Google operate internationally, so technical, form or analytics information may be processed outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, Opace Ltd relies on the provider's applicable contractual and organisational safeguards. How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, maintain a reasonable business record and handle any resulting contract or dispute. Contract, tax and accounting records may need to be kept for the applicable statutory or claims period.
Hosting and security records follow the provider configuration and are kept only for operational, security and legal needs. Analytics event data follows the retention setting in the Google Analytics property; cookie expiry is described separately in the Cookie Notice. Opace Ltd reviews or deletes records when the purpose and applicable retention requirement end.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, receive portable information, and object to processing. Rights can depend on the lawful basis and are not absolute.
